Completed my first novel faster than I thought, now just waiting
to hear if anyone likes it!
November 2012
Started work on my first novel finally. The idea has been kicking around
in my head for years so I finally decided to take the plunge! It's not
travel related, just a (hopefully) good thriller. Still working on
freelance travel writing at the same time, so who knows how long the novel
will take to get anywhere?!

Been working on writing a number of personal attraction experiences on
many of the amazing places I have visited for a website called Travel
Inspiration which is backed by the Post Office in the UK. You can follow the links to that website from my

Had a very busy summer travelling and am now getting back into the swing
of work. My schedule is already fairly well booked up until the end of the
year with several new travel audio guides to write, and ongoing travel
articles for new and existing clients.

Just completed a number of trip itineraries for a new travel website,
currently in beta stages, called
TripLark. The idea
is that travelers can look at trip plans that other travelers have
submitted to get the most out of particular destinations, by recommending
hotels, restaurants and other attractions.
